James MacQueen, CEO
James established Omni in 2001 in Bangkok, Thailand. With over 35 years broad construction industry experience as a Senior Projects Manager and Civil Engineer, he has covered a wide range of civil engineering, transportation, oil & gas, petrochemical and building construction projects globally, including UK, UAE, Qatar, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. James has worked with a number of international construction organizations such as Arcadis-AYH (UK), The Al Tayer Group (UAE), FEDCON (Thailand), Daiho Corporation (Japan), Jurong Town Corporation (Singapore), Seimens-Electrowat (Thailand), John Holland Construction (Australia) and British Aerospace (UK). Through his time spent in the construction industry, James has become extremely well-connected and has earned the reputation as an expert in these sectors and is now regarded as a leading player in the selection and recruitment of mid and senior level personnel in the construction industry.

Surendra Yamdagni, Technical Director
Surendra has over 40 years of broad-based construction industry experience in the fields of commercial, residential and large-scale factory developments. He has a wealth of knowledge from his many projects in successfully managing all aspects from planning, budget, man-power, EHS, QA/QC to technical expertise. He has successfully led major projects to completion in Thailand, India, UK and the Middle East working at a senior level with such market leading companies as Birla Group and Indorama. His practitioner experience brings great insight to the profiling and candidate selection process.
