Message to prospective Clients (Design, Consulting and Construction):
We will ascertain the relevant information from your regarding the position you need to fill, including:
Position
Employment requirements (Consultant contract, salaried employee, full-time, part-time, etc.)
Following this discussion, we will identify suitable candidates from our current staff register and our existing database of individuals. Once we have an action in place, we will forward CV's of the Candidates that we feel are appropriate for the position and we have explained the relevant job description information to the Candidates and agreed with them that their CV's may submitted to the Client.
Omni International will obtain references and character checks on all Candidates, prior to submission to the Client, to ensure that they are suitable in all respects and to ensure that the Client is aware of a Candidate's weaknesses.
When the Client has selected the preferred Candidate, we will take care of all arrangements for the Client/ Candidate interview and will follow up the interview with the Client and Candidate for feedback and further direction. When the feedback is positive from both parties, we would proceed to second interview (if required), again arranging all times and dates in co-ordination with both parties and then would follow up with post-interview verbal offers and written offers and arranging a start date that is mutually agreeable to the Client and Candidate.
